About the Expert:
Meet Dave
Instead of going to college right out of high school in ’02 for building construction, I decided to take a year off of school and have fun… but then I took a union job out in New Jersey trimming trees for the power company and since then I never looked back.
The name is David Heckman and I’ve been in the tree care industry for 12 years, and I have to say… I love my job. I’m the owner and operator of Dave’s Tree Service located in Bangor, Pa. I’ve worked for several tree care companies throughout the area and still do assist a few of them in high risk removals. I currently do tree climbing competitions throughout the summer. I have my EHAB certificate as well my crane removal certificate. I also just recently received a safety award from OSAH.
Here at Dave’s Tree Service we perform everything from routine pruning to storm damage high risk removals with or with out a crane assistance. We also do lighting protection, cabling and bracing to help support and protect trees.
We offer 10% discounts to first time customers and 15% discount to all military personnel with military id and senior citizens.
